Your business can't stop.

Neither can your support.

RPA · Robotic process automation

An employee who works at 3 a.m. and never makes a mistake.

RPA is software that does your team's repetitive work: reconciliations, data entry, and reports, every day, without complaint.

What a software robot does

It uses your own applications: it logs in, copies, reconciles, enters data, and reports back. Like a person, but at any hour and with no typos.

Your team drops the repetitive work and keeps the work that needs judgment.

Monitoring the robot stays on your side. If something fails, you open a ticket and we fix it.

In most cases, the first robot is working in 3 to 4 months.

We have 35 robots running today, doing around 600,000 operations a month.

<technical-mode> It runs 24/7. One robot runs several processes, scheduled by time slot. The robot is built by us, in Python, Node.js, PHP, or whatever language the automation calls for. It connects applications that don't talk to each other, without changing them. If an application changes, the robot stops and alerts you. It never enters data blind. Credentials are stored encrypted. Every action lands in an audit log. When your process changes, we adjust the robot ourselves. The candidates are high-volume processes that follow fixed rules and repeat. Some things can't be automated: a captcha, or a QR validation you have to scan with a phone. Before we start, it is written down what the robot does and what it does not. </technical-mode>

What we automate

Finance and treasury: daily close, bank and card reconciliations, Bancard and Bepsa, statement downloads, payment orders, and withholding filings with the DNIT tax authority.

Administration and operations: the RG90 filing with the DNIT, procurement, invoices that arrive by email and get read straight from the PDF, purchase and sales ledgers, and utility entry for ANDE, ESSAP, COPACO and phone carriers.

Collections and invoicing: collection lists, account statements sent on their own, payments integrated with Bancard, Bepsa and Practipago, and tax-stamp validation with the DNIT.

How we work

A badly tested robot makes mistakes like a person, at robot speed.

So the robot runs in testing alongside your team before it runs alone. Case by case, against real results. If it runs daily, a week is enough. If it runs once a month, validation stretches up to a month.

We pick the process, document it, build it, test it, and put it in production.
