Certifications
ISO 9001:2015, quality management system. Scope: installation and set-up of networking equipment. Certificate No. PY17/00289, issued by SGS United Kingdom Limited under UKAS accreditation. It can be verified in the SGS certified client directory with the certificate number.
ISO/IEC 27001:2022, information security management system. Scope: housing, hosting and virtual computing services.
ANSI/TIA-942-C, Rated-3, for TEISA's data center in Asunción, certified by EPI. It can be verified in the TIA registry of certified data centers.
Information security policy
TEISA maintains an Information Security Policy that applies to the whole organization and to any natural or legal person who accesses or interacts with TEISA information: clients, suppliers and business partners. The document in force is POL-SI-01, revision 02, effective 5 May 2025. It is published in Spanish.
Parental controls
In compliance with Paraguay's Law 5653/2016 on the protection of children and adolescents against harmful internet content, and its regulatory Decree 8098/2022, TEISA makes the following parental control tools available to its clients, according to the operating system they use:
Android: Google Family Link. Google's guide explains how to set up content filtering.
iOS and macOS: parental controls are set up from the iCloud account and apply to every device associated with that account. Apple's guide explains how.
Windows, from Windows 10 onward: Microsoft Family Safety. Microsoft's guide explains how to turn it on.
