Your business can't stop.
Neither can your internet.

In 1992 we laid the first fiber-optic network for the Paraguayan state. We still service it.

Are you technical? Turn on technical mode in the menu.

Dedicated, symmetrical internet

Your bandwidth is for your exclusive use. No one shares it, not at peak hour, not in December.

Upload matches download, up to 10 Gbps. You push a backup as fast as you pull it.

A day without internet is a day without revenue. That's why your contract includes an SLA. Your uptime is a clause, not a promise.

We install it, end to end. Where the network already reaches, the average today is 15 business days.

If it does not reach your area yet, the build is quoted as a project and the timeline is set there.

<technical-mode> Credits start when monthly availability drops below 99.0% in the metro area, or below 98.7% in the interior. The typical contract term is 24 months. The SLA applies from day one. If we miss it, the contract provides credits: 10% to 35% of the affected site's monthly charge, based on the availability reached that month. The credit is applied when you claim it. If a site loses signal more than 4 times in a month, or a repair runs past 24 hours, you can cancel the contract with no termination fee. Bandwidth is 1:1, no overselling. You buy 500 Mbps, you measure 500 Mbps. Every link delivers native IPv4 and IPv6. Public IPs are quoted separately, by how many you need. None is included in the price. IPv4 is scarce today; IPv6 is plentiful. Handoff is Ethernet, by optical port (SFP/SFP+) or RJ45, to match your gear. You can add capacity on the same link, up to 10 Gbps. The network includes anti-DDoS protection. The NOC watches your link 24/7. We see the outage here, not when you call. The contract sets a maximum attention time of 3 hours from your report, plus up to 6 hours per site to locate and repair. You see your link's traffic in online graphs on our portal, around the clock. What clients ask for and we do: routing troubleshooting, automatic failover and redundancy, quality analysis (jitter, latency, packet loss), preventive maintenance (optical port cleaning, firmware), post-mortem SLA reports, and maintenance notices before the work. </technical-mode>

One company answers

We operate the last mile, from the box on your block to your rack. And the whole service: monitoring, equipment, contract and SLA.

If something cuts, on your block or on the backbone, we detect it and we locate it. You talk to one company, and that company answers.

The link ends at your router. Your internal network is yours, unless you contract networking support.

The network reaches more than 140 cities, in all 17 departments. Your branch office lives on the same network as your headquarters.

<technical-mode> The topology is redundant. If one fiber span drops, traffic takes another path. Want full redundancy on your side? Add a second backup link. The network totals 5,000+ IP presence points. A backbone cut is located by our O&M team with measurements, before the repair. We install the edge router and firewall, or you bring your own. When there is a cut, our own crews go to the site. Two international exits: Argentina via Clorinda and Brazil via Ciudad del Este. Our AS is 28103. We peer locally at IXPY, and our international providers' content caches sit in-country. More than 3,800 active links across 142 cities. A client in every department: Alto Paraná (Ciudad del Este), Amambay (Pedro Juan Caballero), Caaguazú (Coronel Oviedo), Caazapá, Canindeyú (Salto del Guairá), Central (Areguá), Concepción, Cordillera (Caacupé), Guairá (Villarrica), Itapúa (Encarnación), Misiones (San Juan Bautista), Ñeembucú (Pilar), Paraguarí, San Pedro (San Pedro de Ycuamandiyú). In the Chaco, along the main routes: Boquerón (Filadelfia), Alto Paraguay (Fuerte Olimpo), Presidente Hayes (Villa Hayes). </technical-mode>

National VPN

We connect your headquarters to your branches over a private network. Point to point, or all at once, up to 10 Gbps.

Your traffic runs separate from other clients', and it never leaves our network. It uses no public IPs, so your network is not visible from the internet.

Anywhere in the country, normal latency between headquarters and branch is under 5 ms. Your branch works as if it sat at headquarters.

If you already run SD-WAN with another provider, on request the VPN is configured over it. If not, it is delivered over a ring protected by TEISA.

<technical-mode> Each client gets its own VRF: separate routing. Nobody reaches your routes, your subnets, or your hosts. Inside our network the traffic is not encrypted. The isolation is logical. If you need encryption, it rides on top of the link. Normal headquarters-to-branch latency: under 5 ms, anywhere in the country. </technical-mode>

International VPN

A direct link of your own between your company and your systems in another country, outside the internet.

Our equipment sits inside the destination data center: a neutral data center, or your company's office abroad. Most of these VPNs go to São Paulo, Miami or Buenos Aires.

If your cloud is on Azure or AWS, it arrives by a different route from the internet's. It depends on no internet provider.

Protected networks

Two optical links over different paths to your critical site: headquarters, or the site where your information comes in. If one path is cut, the other keeps running.

If you prefer the second path to run over another carrier, we manage it. We supply the equipment and the engineering. Over fiber, or over satellite.

Local DNS

We resolve your DNS queries from our data centers, here in the country. Pages open faster, and you do not depend on a server abroad.

Public IP

Your internet link can carry public IPs, or not. They are quoted separately, by how many you need.

IPv4 is scarce today. IPv6, there is plenty.

Managed WiFi

If you want us to manage a site that needs WiFi, we build the data link with WiFi access included, sized for that site.

Access is protected, and our support team monitors it preventively. Security, from the link to the WiFi, is ours.

Dark fiber

Does your team want full control? We lease dark fiber. We provide the glass. You provide the light and run your own network.

<technical-mode> Standard single-mode strands, G.652D. Handoff at the ODF, with splices certified by OTDR. </technical-mode>

Success stories

Distrito Perseverancia brings together business, housing and leisure on seven hectares. We run the network for the whole district.

Punto Farma has pharmacies across the country. We connect every store to the internet and to the company's private network, and add new ones as they open.

Technoma serves customers nationwide. Its branches and service points run on our network, and we added most of them in 2025.

MITIC brings free internet to plazas, parks and libraries across the country. We install and maintain those links.
