Colocation

We agree on a date, you bring the equipment configured, and in under 2 hours it is running in the rack: conditioned power, connectivity and physical security.

Office air conditioning shuts off with the building. Your server finds out at 2 a.m.

Your server room is free for another use. Maintaining it stops being your problem.

Your equipment has to be rack-mountable and homologated for a data center. A PC built from parts does not go in.

<technical-mode> The data center is certified ANSI/TIA-942-C Rated 3 across all four disciplines, architecture, telecommunications, electrical and mechanical. Certified by EPI, with an annual surveillance audit. Valid through November 2028. Power runs through UPS and a generator, with automatic transfer between sources. UPS and generators run 2N. Each one is duplicated. The generators run for 12 hours. Refueling is under contract with a 6-hour SLA. The room holds between 18 and 27 °C. The temperature does not swing more than 5 degrees in an hour. Fire detection and suppression built for data centers. The agent is HFC-125. It puts out fire without water and without damaging equipment. Controlled physical access and 24/7 monitoring. You reach the rack at any hour, with notice. The log records who went in and why. With remote hands, our technician connects a monitor, tells you what he sees, and reboots the machine. That much is included; anything else is quoted. In private cloud, connectivity is redundant. In colocation it is up to you. You order more than one crossconnect, with your own switch or as an Optired client. You can bring your own carrier. Any of them can reach the data center. Each rack gets up to 5.6 kW. Higher density is custom-designed. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for colocation, hosting, and virtual computing. The infrastructure is concurrently maintainable. Power and cooling are redundant, so maintenance never switches them off. Today the colocation contract sets no availability percentage. It sets an escalation matrix: severity levels and who each failure escalates to. </technical-mode>

Private cloud

Prefer not to bring hardware? Our private cloud runs on this same data center. You spin up virtual machines, permanent or for as long as you need them, for your applications, your backups or your disaster recovery plan. With local support.

Turnkey data centers

We design and build turnkey data centers: racks, power, precision cooling, raised floor, fire detection.

A badly designed data center reveals itself the day the power goes out.

One party is responsible for design, construction, equipment and commissioning. We hand it over running, under load, with the backup systems tested.
