Your business can't stop.

Neither can your servers.

Cloud

Your servers,
without buying servers.

Virtual machines, backups, and hosting in our Asunción data center. Monthly model, local support. And your data sleeps in the country.

Virtual servers

Your ERP, your CRM, and your databases run on virtual servers in our private cloud, in our Asunción data center. We run it.

You buy processing, memory, and storage by the month. You grow when you need to, without buying hardware. A new machine is live in 45 business days. Requests are served in the order they arrive. If you need it sooner, that is negotiated.

We coordinate the migration and run it with your people. Neither side can do it alone. Your old servers stay on or get shut down. That call is yours. And if you ever leave, your machines leave with you.

There is no self-service today. You ask us for what you need.

<technical-mode> You scale resources (CPU, RAM, disk) without migrating. It's a plan change, not a move. Your production, development, and testing machines can be isolated from each other, with no traffic between them. That separation comes with the networking service. ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified for colocation, hosting, and virtual computing. If you leave, you take your machines with you. The export work is billed by the hour. Today virtual computing carries no signed availability percentage. The whole virtual layer runs redundant; what there isn't is a number with a penalty. </technical-mode>

Backup as a service

Ransomware encrypts everything it can reach, and the first thing it looks for is your backup. If the copy sits on your network, it gets encrypted too. And on Monday they ask for a ransom.

That's why your copy lives outside your office, in our data center, away from your network. Ransomware, a human error, a fire: your information has another home, and you restore instead of negotiating.

The copy travels over a closed VPN, not the internet.

A backup that's never been restore-tested is a hope, not a backup. So we test the restore and you get the delivery note for that test.

<technical-mode> We back up physical or virtual servers, full machines, and databases, subject to compatibility. Retention is set by policy. You decide how many copies and for how long. Backup frequency (RPO) and restore time (RTO) are set by contract, based on the size of what is backed up. Backups travel over a high-speed closed VPN, never the public internet, and rest encrypted. It works as an offsite copy for your on-premise environments. Two modes: you restore on your own infrastructure, or standby, where we restore on ours. </technical-mode>

Standby machines

Your plan B is replicas of your machines, off but ready, that switch on if something fails.

<technical-mode> Activating the replica means restoring your latest backup onto our cloud and switching it on. How long depends on the size. </technical-mode>

Web and mail hosting

Your site, your domain, and your corporate email, hosted here, with local support.

Success stories

For Farmacenter, one of the country's largest pharmacy chains, we run virtual servers with backup and monitoring.

For Tape Ruvicha, a Ford and farm-machinery dealer, we built a standby site ready to take over if its main servers fail.

For Sancor Seguros we built a standby site with backup.
